Custom Commissions & Payments

  • Deposit Policy: For all bespoke and custom-designed jewellery, Jiory requires a 60% non-refundable deposit before the creation process begins, this ensures the dedicated sourcing of your unique stones and materials.
  • Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke creations, all custom orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once the production process has commenced.
  • Pricing & Availability: We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, in the rare event of a clerical error, Jiory reserves the right to correct the information or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our Responsibility: While we stand behind the exceptional quality of our jewellery, Jiory provides this website and its products on an “as-is” basis. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item purchased.
